Overview
Getaway Golf Tours offers luxury golf tours to the top courses in South Africa. The courses played are rated; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 14, 16, 19 and 21 in South Africa by Golf Digest. Accommodation is 4 or 5 star. This tour is fully inclusive of Internal flights, accommodation (sharing), guiding, transfers, excursions, green fees and dinners as indicated on the itinerary. All breakfasts are included. |

Lunch is for own account where not included by the Golf club. (The flight to and from South Africa is not included.) These options can be changed to suit individual group requirements. Transport is by luxury coach with driver and tour manager. Only soft spike golf shoes allowed on all courses.
These golf estates are divided into four (4) geographical (optional) regions:
Option 1 - Northern Veld, "Big Five" Country
In the North are the Sun City, Lost City and Leopard Creek Golf Courses. These courses are adjacent to the best game viewing reserves in South Africa and visits to the Pilansberg reserve at Sun City and the Kruger National Park adjacent to Leopard Creek are included. Accommodation is at the Palace at the Lost City and Malelane Sun.

Option 2 - The Tropical East Coast
On the tropical East Coast are the Wild Coast, Durban Country Club and Zimbali Golf Estates. These three courses are on the coast and are spectacularly different to the inland courses. Accommodation is at Zimbali Estate and the Wild Coast Sun.

Option 3 - The Cape of Good Hope
In the South is Cape Town with Enervale and Arabella Golf Estates, with accommodation at Spier Wine Estate, and at Arabella, the Western Cape Hotel & Spa.

Option 4 - Gateway to the Garden Route
A few hours drive along the Southern coast brings you to George on the Garden Route and the Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate with its four courses. Also in George is the highly rated George Golf Club. Accommodation is at the Fancourt Hotel.
